I love this project and the human stories it gives to decimated steel towns, of proud hard-laboring people left behind to deal with the systematic problems that erupted once the mills soaked up town resources and labor, leaving behind pollution, poverty, the empty husks of mills, despair, and decay. Despite all that, we still love our towns, and somehow against the odds, still believe in them.
I know it’s far from Pittsburgh, but I’d love to see you bring this project to Johnstown, PA.
